My name is Angie Ethridge Spriggs.  I was born and raised in DeLand.  I graduated from DeLand High School in 1989 and then received my Associate in Science Degree from Daytona State College in 1994.  At that time I began a career in court reporting.  That position brought me invaluable skills such as being detail-oriented, strictly following deadlines, working autonomously, having discretion and working with many different personalities.  I began managing rental properties in 2014 and truly enjoyed it.  That enthusiasm led me to obtaining my real estate license.  I bring those skills and life experiences with me to this venture.  I am committed to putting customers first and ensuring that they have a wonderful experience in this difficult-to-navigate process.  I also feel complete honesty in all aspects of life is essential.  With Watson Realty I have found a company that shares my beliefs and is always there with incredible support for myself and for all of its customers.

I am a proud mother of two amazing children, Luke and Abby, and a wife to Dane.  I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading, spending time at our beautiful beaches, or any outdoor activity.  My parents are long-time residents and owned Johnny's Hairstyling here in DeLand for over 40 years.

Lastly, I am a proud DeLand native with deep roots.  This is a beautiful community with caring, thoughtful people who are quick to rally around friends and community, and I am so happy to call it home.
